Our Return Policy is Simple.

  • The Restoration

  • We guarantee to work with you, the shop or the person working on your pc restoration to assist in troubleshooting any errors, problems or answer any questions. All you have to do is call or email us.

  • The Complimentary Technical Support Call

  • A complimentary technical support call will be scheduled for you within 24 business hours. If our Technician determines that the restore set was scratched or damaged during shipping, a replacement set will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

  • The Experienced Technician is here to Help You

  • All of our Technicians are experienced in computer repairs and specialize in computer restoration. The technician will be able to determine the reason for any errors during the restore and will recommend one or more solutions to resolve the problem, whether it be to change the hard-drive, the CD/DVD optical drive, remove extra memory or to schedule a replacement set. They will also be able to provide a few names of stores where you may purchase a new hard-drive cheaply as well as what you need to buy.

The Refund or Shop Credit

If after providing this free technical support, the technician determines that the restore will not work and that there is no alternative restore set available to resolve the problem, he or she will issue a refund in the original amount of the purchase or issue a Shop Credit at his or her discretion depending on the reason that led to the restore failure. Please note that we reserve the right to issue a shop credit or a refund on a case by case basis. Our primary goal is to assist you restore your pc back to a working condition. If the technician and you have tried your best to restore the pc, the technician normally issues a refund. We hope this brings you Peace of Mind. We are here to help you and greatly appreciate you working with us to help you restore your pc.

If you receive a shop credit, you may use the Shop Credit for any future restoration set regardless of price difference. Simply contact us and let the representative know that you have a credit with us and that you would like to use it. The Shop Credit has no expiration date. Our database will remember your credit, even if you forget the details of your original order. Simply call us when you need a restore set for you, a family member, or a friend. Your Shop Credit will be here, waiting for you.

The Last Few Important Terms

No Refunds will be issued 45 days after the date of purchase.

All Refunds on Regular 3-7 business Days Orders consists of the Original Purchase Price minus 20% restocking fee.

All Refunds on Express 1-2 business Days Orders consists of the Original Purchase Price minus the shipping cost of $20.00.

No Refunds will be issued if you order a restore set for a different model than what you actually have and we do not carry the restore set for your actual model. In this case, only a Shop Credit will be issued.
